Terms & Conditions:

You must be legally allowed to bet to use this service

All payments and memberships will be processed by Tips Racing Services established 1991

1. You will not hold either www.oddswrecker.com and or Tips Racing Services responsible for any and all loses incurred from your use of this site and or the content provided or not provided to you should you choose to become a member.

2. any and all refunds shall be made totally at the discretion of the site administrators Tips Racing Services and the maximum refund will be no greater than the previous months payment minus any such deductions as seen fit by Tips Racing Services for use of the service during the month the last subscription was paid.

3. by joining you agree to use your own account to make the payments and do not hold Tips Racing Services liable for any and all monies you may or may not have won from any failure to provide you with the services you signed up for and any changes you make to the mobile number you provide us with when you signed up must be sent to us a.s.a.p to enable us to continue to provide you with the racing information.

4. any and all racing information is provide in good faith, but betting on horse racing by it's very nature is extremely high risk and we make no guarantees that any of the horses provided will win. 

Past results have absolutely no baring on future results and there may be long losing runs in the future.

5. you agree that you will only bet with money that you can sensibly afford to lose and should your gambling become a problem you will seek help from the relevant gambling addiction websites available.

6.we will endeavour to provide you with the service you have subscribed to but cannot be held responsible for any failure in the text/email delivery to you at any time, whether the fault was yours/ours or our 3rd party text service. Any liability will be deemed to be a maximum of the money you paid for the service we failed to supply, this does not include losing selections and is only where the failure to provide the bets was not out of or control. the maximum refund will be no more than the total paid for the latest month service you have subscribed to.

7. you will not pass on any of the bets text to you to any 3rd party or make it known where the source of your information came from unless specifically agreed by us in advance.

8. we reserve the right to suspend/cancel your subscription at any time for what ever reason we see fit and will not enter into any correspondence in regards to your subscription should we so desire.

9. you may cancel your subscription at any time by going on to your paypal account and cancelling. Should you have any problems with this you may ask for our help by going to the contact us page and completing the form requesting help in cancelling. your account will only have been deemed to have been cancelled by us when we confirm to you by email/text that we have successfully done this.

10. should you pay full membership price then subsequently be given a OFIR Code you may cancel your subscription at the end of the month you have paid for, then re-join using the valid OFIR Code at the reduced rates but WILL NOT be entitled to ANY REFUND on any used or unused part of the past subscriptions.

11. If you pay full membership price you do so with the knowledge that we may/will provide the same/similar service at significantly reduced rates to anyone with an OFIR Code at our discretion and that you are happy to pay the extra fee's regardless and will not be entitled to any refund.

12. you agree that any abusive, anti social behaviour, derogatory comments where founded or unfounded that are made directly or indirectly by you towards this website and or Tips Racing Services can and will be passed to the relevant authorities at our total discretion for their investigation.
